WQPHN HealthPathways EOI Clinical Editor

Western Queensland Primary Health Network (WQPHN) invites expressions of interest for the role of HealthPathways General Practitioner (GP) Clinical Editor. The role requires approximately 4-6 hours of work per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert clinical advice to localise HealthPathways, ensuring content is relevant to Western Queensland's primary care settings.
  • Contribute to the implementation of the WQ HealthPathways portal in 2026.
  • Localise and develop care pathways that reflect the WQ health system.
  • Participate in training and development, including Clinical Editor training from Streamliners NZ.
  • Collaborate with local and regional clinical editors and WQPHN staff.
  • Promote the WQ HealthPathways program and provide clinical leadership across Western Queensland.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • General Practitioner with appropriate registration and credentials.
  • Holder of a valid Australian Business Number (ABN).
  • Applicants based in Western Queensland are highly regarded.

This is an ongoing Expression of Interest (EOI) with no closing date. Eligible applications will be retained on file for up to two years from the date of submission.
